Yesterday, Vanessa, Uwe and I went out for a few hours... first we had to stop by a company that Vanessa worked with to pick some things up.

One of the women that worked there was Viola, she is really cute and she had done english classes in Vancouver on several occasions. We exchanged email addresses and later on in the evening we got together for dinner and a few beers around Hannover. I had no idea that most cities had legal red light districts, nothing so grand as Amsterdams, but still the window prostitutions which sort of shocked me. Hannover is pretty cool, very new... Everyone at night is walking around with drinks in their hands because beer is legal to drink in public... Anywhere. We hit up 3 different clubs and I guess I would best describe them as quite retro. It was pretty cool but I am not exactly the clubbing type.

Earlier that afternoon Uwe, Vanessa and I walked up this moutain (big hill) trail and went up a tower that gives you a really nice view of the Vally. There is a resturant at the bottom and we had coffee and beer. There are a few pictures on my flickr site to see!
