Vegetarian Samosa
MMMmmmm Can you say Dinner?
After work I stopped by SO's place to pickup these wonderful Samosas and ate about 7 of them on the drive home.
I gave a couple to both J & D too. J & D were out in BC and stayed at my parents house and we showed them the sights and city of Vancouver... Also I introduced them to some Indian food that they had never seen before. Samosa, being one of my favorite foods was one of those things.
The samosa back home is quite different, it is pretty much all potatoe, peas, and just spices... These ones appear to have green and yellow beans, corn, and other mixed vegetables and the spice was a little bit low-key. Don't misunderstand me, any ethnic food in this little city is a blessing, but it's one of those, "It's just not like home" situations.
Thanks SO, You Da Man! Sadly, Sean will be leaving 22 Wing and heading a couple hours east to Petapongo... That's Petawawa for those that are less military oriented. Silly bugger, that's what you get for joining the army :o)
