Lapel Pins Oh My!
This is yet another great little stash of things I'm taking with my on my trip. They are fun to give out to people you meet in your adventures and most people like the kind gesture.
I don't have a lot of money while I travel, but I want to still be able to give something to those friends I meet. Lapel pins are a cheap and symbolic gesture which most are very receptive towards.
I don't know about other countries, but in Canada you can get them from your local MP (member of parl.)... They will give you normally between 10-35... I had one give me over 100!
I'm considering pinning them all to my backpack... but then it might reduce the rain resistance of the bag... LOL maybe just a pocket full will have to do!
